What a great experience from start to finish. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Olivia who really went out of her way to make the sleep apnia machine work for me as it was really hard to get used to but after finding the right mask and the right settings I'm sleeping all night and waking up refreshed it's so good to not feel tired all day and have to take naps. Hi I have been attending and getting advice from Place of Dreams now for a while and they are just a great team. Very helpful and considerate of your situation they just want to get the right fit for you and get you heading in the right direction to good sleep again. Olivia recently went over and beyond when an item was left out of my cpap bag. Had my CPAP for number of years , and it has developed a leak , so every morning there is a puddle of water under it , sent it off for repairs got a quote of $237 , they told me they had checked the chamber and it was fine , waited 4 months got it back Monday, woke up Tuesday morning either the same leak, made the usual phone call to be told I needed a new chamber after they told me it was all good, so now have to buy a new chamber for around $100 which to me sounds like that was the problem all along, don’t go with these fo... read more
