Hey Donnie Atwood thanks for "ear hussling with a open wi fi source . You took me through Roseville were I drove my personal vehicle. Remember? I'm glad we don't have you for a service manager because your not just cheap you can't install York equipment without screwing them up on the blower shafts. New Unit!!!! I put in a request by filling out form on their website. I called later that day and then they found my original request. They said someone would call. Two days later I received a call and it was not to schedule. They said someone would call. 3 days later no call. Now that I look more closely I see that they are not in Sacramento. I'm now assuming that they do not service the Sacramento area. A company that has been in business for more then 90 years should have figured out a follow up process by now.
