Basement drain in my condo has backed up on several occasions causing sewage in the basement. My HOA sent this company out each time and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and how quickly they get here no matter what time of day. They are the worst company in Columbus. They dont stand by what they say. They are liars. Their people are rude. I would not reccomend them for anything.
We are in the early restoration stages following a fire... And Monday teams came to remove the hard surface contents... Sheila & Jodie had been out last week with some high traffic cleaning so as the soot & insulation was not continually tracked through out our house . Then they returned Monday morning - very prompt and started inventorying & tagging items to be removed. From the initial water mitigation in my basement in May through restoring my basement with it's final completion at the end of July, I have nothing but very positive comments for everyone at Thompson I have come in contact with. I would certainly use their services again if necessary. Recommend A++

Sheila and Dominique are the BOMB. My basement was flooded when we got back from vacation and they were prompt, thorough and most of all - KIND. We came back to no heat or hot water and they could NOT have been better - better service and better people.
