Dan is the ultimate realtor because he gets it done. He buys the house you want, at the price you want, regardless of the number of competitive buyers that are also seeking to purchase. We have now bought two separate homes with Dan and my wife and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, his quick response time and his bargaining ability.
