Cannot say enough bad about this company. Have called everyday about a rental I was interested in for going on 2 weeks. They take showings, never confirm them, then after calling 3x trying to confirm, they say they cant show it and maybe next week. Begin calling the week after again, they say they'll have someone call me back, they never do. Now they claim the house is rented. AVOID.
Funny that their name is Responsive Property Management and they are anything but responsive. Terrible experience.
Scheduled a tour with an agent named Edgar. He confirmed and set a time for 3:30 that day. We drove 45 minutes and sat in traffic to see the property and he did not show up. No one at the office was even able to get ahold of this agent. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not trust this place or the people who work here they clearly don’t respect other people’s time and effort. My husband and I lived at a property managed by Responsive Property Management (RPM) for around a year and a half, and moved due to an unexpected job change that required a relocation. Generally, our experience had been positive overall until we moved out. The property was quiet and the few things that broke while we were there were fixed quickly. I've had the pleasure to work with Frank at Responsive Property Management on multiple occasions and they're a top client. They never cancel, they're always on time, they're polite, a pleasure to work with, appreciative, and they pay promptly. I really couldn't ask for a better, more loyal client. I highly recommend them. I've also seen their buildings and the quality of work they perform and it's top notch.
