Alex is the worse person I called and kept getting hung up on they said someone would be to pick me up at my pick up time and my appointment was at 9 I set the pick up to be 930 and no one showed up til 2 hours later If you get them let modivcare know to take them off the list for transportation and you will never get them again
Sittin waiting for responsive to pick up my son and i from his appointment first I was given 20mins then I was given an hour to wait for them to pick us up and no one still showed up I called modivcare numerous times and they gave so many different times and the person on the phone was nasty I sat and had the nurses listen to how they talked to me and they also made a complaint with modivcare! This is the absolute worse company to ride with I will forever be grafeful that they are unable to take us to appointments anymore
Zero stars!! Let's face it, these transportation services are basically a taxi service but for medically challenged fares. I was given 3 choices of services recommended by the facility my mother lives in. Never again!! I chose by price, (just needed a taxi), and regretted not reading the reviews first. Scheduling was set so my mother could have her lunch before our outing and would return before dinner. This was due to her physical limitations and needs. If 0 stars was an options I sure as hell would! Trash company! And the operator are useless. The term 10 minutes is actually an hours. My patients appointment ended at 3:30 here we are at 5:00 and still no service. They rather a patient be on the side of the road honestly. If you ever need a ride please use a different service. No excuse. Unprofessional. Disgraceful. Trash company.
