This is the worst medical transportation company I have ever seen. I had a 10 00 dentist appt an hour n 10 minutes away from where I live. The driver show up 830 to pick me up n I get in the car. The car has no kind if ID on it number one. I say to him do u know where I'm going he says yes but I have to go to waretown n pick up someone n take them to Tom's River which would of taken him over an hour just to do that. My medical transport yesterday, expertly handled by Sean, was truly exceptional. He arrived exactly on time at 9 AM for my long journey from Seaside Heights to Marlton, NJ. Sean's driving was impressively safe and attentive, ensuring a smooth ride. Sittin waiting for responsive to pick up my son and i from his appointment first I was given 20mins then I was given an hour to wait for them to pick us up and no one still showed up I called modivcare numerous times and they gave so many different times and the person on the phone was nasty I sat and had the nurses listen to how they talked to me and they also made a complaint with modivcare! This is the absolute worse company to ride with I will forever be grafeful that they are unable to take us to appointments anymore
Alex is the worse person I called and kept getting hung up on they said someone would be to pick me up at my pick up time and my appointment was at 9 I set the pick up to be 930 and no one showed up til 2 hours later If you get them let modivcare know to take them off the list for transportation and you will never get them again
