When calling, they claim to reach back out within 24 hours. Over the course of 2 weeks i left numerus voicemails, because i was not getting any sort of answer. Today i get a call back stating they tried to call me back but my voicemail wasn't accepting any calls. I find this quite honestly insulting. I can pull my phone records, and screenshots of plenty of calls the came before of after on the same day.
