Daughter had a sinus infection that was not being handled by OTC meds so waljed in here and we were out in 30 minutes with prescriptions sent to pharmacy and daughter is now on the road to recovery- staff was very polite, professional; got the job done quickly and efficiently.
Went in late after a roadtrip due to feeling like we had strep. Though the wait was long and some of other patients were obnoxious, we did receive great care. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions despite being very busy during the twilight hours. Just note that the only pharmacy open at the hour is in Menifee and it will take another hour or so to get a prescription filled, however, don’t worry the parmasist there is great also!
The actual medical care was appropriate, my issue is with the front desk/billing. My 18 yr daughter went there for a non-emergency and paid her copay in cash. They did not offer a receipt. Now they are billing for the copay. My guess is that they are very disorganized or the employee pocketed the copay. Online reviews from previous employees state that most employees there are under paid, so I'm guessing the copay was most likely pocketed.
Idiots work and own this place. They are privately owned so they do not follow public healthcare laws. If someone has out of network benefits you still collect a co pay of 75 dollars because the patient is covered ca. Bs
Took my daughter in and they took her back within 20 mins. I always bring my kids here and they are always fast and very helpful.
I went there with my kids for medical services. We waited there for over an hour and when they finally called our name, all they wanted to know is if we were going to pay cash or other means of payment first without asking for how they could help us. I think this place is more interested in making money with all their direct advertising and lack of service than treating people.
I was very surprised and pleased with the level of service that I received here. The staff was curteous and efficient. I was in and out with 45 minutes on a Saturday evening!
I have had to go here 3 times, and each time I was seen and back home within 1 hour. Everyone on the staff was very nice and very helpful. I will never go to another Urgent Care again.
This was a blessing for a caring, wonderful staff. They saw my child who cut his eyebrow at 2am. That doctor had a great bedside mannor and did a super job. I was home in a hour, thank you!! Honey
