Went to the drive through clinic today to get my daughters upper respiratory issue addressed. The female doctor came out to my van and said she will not address my daughter severe upper respiratory issue unless she tests for covid. I refused because I was already tested today and we are treating the house hold as if we all have covid. I told her she could not refuse and she stated she wasn’t refusing but still would not treat her with out covid testing. We went to WMC's Respiratory Center on Fenway St. last week for Covid 19 Testing. We were given paperwork and told we'd have to quarantine and wait 2-5 days for test results. If that wasn't bad enough we then waited so long without any help we got disgusted and left. The last thing you want to do when you are not feeling well is to sit in your car for a couple of hours waiting on a test knowing it's going to be another wait of 2-5 days to find out if you have a positive result! Wow. The level of unprofessional staff made our experience more stressful than needed. The way the staff leave the phone unanswered is ridiculous. Especially when there is a different health matter at stake. When we finally got through we were treated with such harshness and rudeness. Find somewhere else for your health concerns. This place could care less about their “patients”. Disgusted they are in the healthcare profession. If I could give 0 stars that’s what this place would get!
Quick service and everyone I came in contact with was wonderful.
