Dr Michael Yeager is top of the line pulmonologist.He is very professional, listens to his patients, and knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Yarger for his excellent job.
Called 5 times for appointment. Never got a call back. Three times I left message on voice mail twice I spoke to someone. My primary doctor sent referral after 1st call. Was told they'd call after they got referral. Been over 3 weeks and no call back. I gave up and found another doctor who actually cares about the patients. Would give 0 if could
Although I was very happy with Dr Alchariff I will not be going back to this office. Staff at front desk ignored me until I said "Hello will you help me?" Got a "look". The nurses and office staff are terrible.
Heather Ramous and all her colleagues are very professional and have a heart for their patients. Winnie was very kind during the testing, walked me though each part of the testing. All questions were answered! I am always taken back on time , ( 5 years as a patient) no waiting. Check out is easy . Highly recommend this office!
Kathleen Stagg, the nurse practitioner, and Dr Alchariff are excellent, however the nurses and office staff are terrible. I have tried to get a referral that THEIR Dr. said I needed with no luck for over a week. I had a CT scan on Monday and though the results are in the portal, no call from them or treatment plan. I am more than frustrated. Unfortunately the Dr.’s are only a piece of the practice. I am totally disappointed by the lack of care from the nurses and the receptionist.
