Heather Ramous and all her colleagues are very professional and have a heart for their patients. Winnie was very kind during the testing, walked me though each part of the testing. All questions were answered! I am always taken back on time , ( 5 years as a patient) no waiting. Check out is easy . Highly recommend this office!
I am not sure why this keeps happening, as i have never dealt with this facility in my whole life. They somehow got ahold of my number and will NOT stop spamming my phone with calls. This had been going on since June, and sometimes it occurs multiple times within an hour. They constantly leave voicemails when i decline/block their calls about "adjusting the time on an appointment" made with one of their doctors. Kathleen Stagg, the nurse practitioner, and Dr Alchariff are excellent, however the nurses and office staff are terrible. I have tried to get a referral that THEIR Dr. said I needed with no luck for over a week. I had a CT scan on Monday and though the results are in the portal, no call from them or treatment plan. I am more than frustrated. Unfortunately the Dr.’s are only a piece of the practice. I am totally disappointed by the lack of care from the nurses and the receptionist.
Heather Ramos is a very caring and kind person. She takes her time with me and listens to me and my concerns. As far as front desk staff & office nurse, they are rude and so “Not Friendly” and act like I’m bothering them when I call. They don’t say hello or goodbye. It’s a good thing I like going to Heather because if I was a new patient calling their office, I think I’d hang up and call another Dr. They certainly don’t represent the Dr or Heather as a place you’d want to go to be seen and get treatment. The two times I went, my wait time in the examination room was too long. When they call you in, you anticipate about 15 minutes at most. Both times I waited for Dr. Raskin over an hour. That's way too long. My time is valuable.
