From the moment we made my husband’s appointment and they called to say that the appointment made was incorrect, Dr Baja is not in the office. The office staff is completely rude and disrespectful! We waited almost a month later to see he at we waited in the office for over 1.5 hours after his scheduled appointment on Feb 12,2025 and now his follow up can’t be until sometime in April. I came in for my assessment and Dr. Bajaj ordered my sleep study. I picked up the equipment and completed the sleep study 29Feb24. I returned the equipment 01Mar24 and was told it will take ~2 weeks. After more than 3 weeks, I called Dr. Bajaj's office and was told it hadn't been read yet. A couple days later, CMD called me to tell me the study was read a week ago and to follow-up with Dr. Bajaj for the results. The next day, I called, again, and nobody answered, so I left a voicemail. i always had a good rapport, and feel that Dr. Youseff is a good doctor, I missed 1 appointment , called immediately apologized and attempted to make a new one, was told the schedule wasn't available as yet. I mo later needed refill on medication and was told I was banned from the office; no explanation no misdeeds, since 2015 he has been my dr., this can be what happens. i guess if u are in the hospital all is well , but later, find a new MD. sorry to say

Staff doesn't pick up the phone when time is of the essence for obtaining a prescription for a procedure. Very frustrating.
