I had some lung tests at the Bundoora location. RSS had my referral, my name from the booking, and the receptionist sighted my medicare card. Getting home after the test I noticed my surname was incorrect in their records/on the receipt. Stuff happens and medicare apparently did not care as they paid the rebate, but an email to their 'reception' and a voicemail left on their machine were both ignored. Neither resulted in an acknowledgement or call back. Good clinicians but admin needs a wake up.
A brilliant experience for a novice user. Kind, caring, professional team of folks also proving ongoing support. Cannot rate it highly enough.
Took 4 and a half weeks to get the results of my at home sleep study back to my GP. The results showed that I had ‘severe’ sleep apnea and some other highly concerning findings. Independent sleep specialist reviewed the findings and doubted their validity. Nevertheless, did a 4 week trial of a CPAP machine which was an absolutely miserable experience. Exceptional service. Josh downloaded data from a 14 year old ResMed machine and handed it to a waiting specialist. No charge! Another ResMed company was not able to retrieve the data. Maddie and Luke were very welcoming. Guys you have a customer for life now. Thanks Garth
