I had some lung tests at the Bundoora location. RSS had my referral, my name from the booking, and the receptionist sighted my medicare card. Getting home after the test I noticed my surname was incorrect in their records/on the receipt. Stuff happens and medicare apparently did not care as they paid the rebate, but an email to their 'reception' and a voicemail left on their machine were both ignored. Neither resulted in an acknowledgement or call back. Good clinicians but admin needs a wake up.
A brilliant experience for a novice user. Kind, caring, professional team of folks also proving ongoing support. Cannot rate it highly enough.
