Exceptional service. Josh downloaded data from a 14 year old ResMed machine and handed it to a waiting specialist. No charge! Another ResMed company was not able to retrieve the data. Maddie and Luke were very welcoming. Guys you have a customer for life now. Thanks Garth
Unfortunately while sleep disorders are a real and serious issue, the sleep industry is notoriously dodgy. I wish I had read up about it before I went to see these people. The problem with the entire medical industry is that it's really easy for them to price gauge because people tend to just trust their referring doctor and go where they are referred rather than shopping around and comparing costs which allows the free market to do its thing. Dr Paul Leong is an absolute gem of a Doctor. He is thorough, has the patience to respond to my bazillion questions and just genuinely cares! Can’t thank him enough. Definitely someone to see if you’re having respiratory concerns.
