I have been dealing with Respiratory services for many years and they have always treated me right. I dealt with William, He treated me very kind and very nice. AlI I could think of was there are still good people like him in this world. He restored this old disabled veterans faith in these mixed up times. I also dealt with Mel and she was also very easy to work with and very kind. I hope they are repaid many times over for the wonderful way they treated me. All I can say is they are two great people. Was a great company when it was local, now it's adapt heath, good luck! Over billed, no service what so ever , when you call , expect to wait to speak to a human being at least 20 mins, and then they will explain to how to pay your bill but they have no idea why you have been charged and nothing will be done about it either. BAD. Just plain bad service, and an insurance money grab.

Terrible service. I called three times because my cpap machine is not working, Now 3 days later I am still waiting. This place is terrible.

Ms. Veronica is amazing and beyond helpful! She came through in the clutch for me as I had an emergency. Prior to leaving out the country. She was able to get me a missing piece for my CPAP machine.
