Monday, husband went in to pick up nebulizer that was prescribed. Told “yeah we have this”. Then told to come back after he was called. Never received call. Wednesday, Doctor had to send the prescription again. Thursday, husband called to see if it was “ready”. Told they were waiting to hear from doctor. Husband told them the doctor resent the info on Wednesday. Then they told him “oh, yeah, looks like they did, we’ll deliver it today”. Dan was rude on phone when calling to confirm the address. Why can't I see what I am paying for and what my insurance is paying? I don't want to blindly just pay a random amount when they say they are taking so much out of my account. I want to see it in print but can't seem to find anywhere in my account that I can do this.
The people that ANSWER THE PHONES there don't know what the hell they are doing there !! They hang up on u on the phone & they are very IGNORANT !!! I CALL every week for my mom & get the BS from these people there !!!
