The people that ANSWER THE PHONES there don't know what the hell they are doing there !! They hang up on u on the phone & they are very IGNORANT !!! I CALL every week for my mom & get the BS from these people there !!!

Bad picked up machine settings are wrong rud people
No one here knows what they are doing. I was in their facility on Oct. 16th. I had an appt and they placed an order for supplies. Never received anything and they are saying I never placed an order. What was I doing at my appt that day? People are rude, no one knows what they are doing. I keep getting a different answer from different people.
LOL at some of these 5 star reviews. Had to call the office, and the girl was disgustingly rude. Asked to speak with a manager. The girl laughed and said I can leave a message but it won't do me any good because manager won't call me back. Girl was right. Tried contacting a manger 3 times and never received a call back. Tried to call the billing department and got someone who didn't speak or understand English. Check out yelp for more examples of terrible service.
