UPDATE- I wish companies that provide for the elderly, sick and disabled had more compassion. Without notice, they dumped us on another company (also Adapt Health). My son uses medical formula and this new company did everything to screw up! Total incompetence! So much so that the state stepped in to help us get the formula without them!! Our former delivery guys were fantastic-that didn’t change. I didn’t appreciate being dumped on incompetent people that made our life miserable. Had an excellent experience at insights niagara with mark from adapt health. Very friendly, knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them for your cpap equipment.
Horrible customer service. Was better when it was Buffalo Cpap and had people who cared working .Would give a 0 if I could
Had my problems with my oxygen concentrator.The technician (Jim Senov)was at my house with in 40 minutes.He diagnosed and replaced with a new unit.Jim was Clean,polite and very informative. Jim Senov is a 5 star employee.
