I wish there was a "zero stars" option. My husband died in June, 2025. I called this company 4 days after his death, on a Monday morning, to have them pick up the rented equipment. They scheduled pickup for the following day between 10am-2pm. I waited and called at 1:30 to confirm. They said I was on the schedule. They did not come. I called the following day... Just very unfriendly. Not concerned with what was bes for me. Wanted me to share my appointment time with others so not getting personal attention. Customer service people who answered phones did not seem happy. I want to feel like they care
I have respiratory issues. I’m in the waiting room and the lady comes out from behind her desk spraying the hell out of something into the air. Turns out it’s glade room spray. I literally was asphyxiating and had to leave the waiting room. She didn’t even apologize. They are also coming up on 15 min late for my appt. No good here. At all. No thank you!!!!
I called to inquire about some medical equipment for my upcoming surgery as it's my first time needing dme and I spoke to a representative named Brittney and she was the most rude person and unprofessional anything think I asked her she responded I'm not sure or I don't know when I asked her if there was anyone available to speak to she told me everyone was at lunch and no managers were in at that time when I asked for a voicemail the call was disconnected
UPDATE- I wish companies that provide for the elderly, sick and disabled had more compassion. Without notice, they dumped us on another company (also Adapt Health). My son uses medical formula and this new company did everything to screw up! Total incompetence! So much so that the state stepped in to help us get the formula without them!!
