LOL at some of these 5 star reviews. Had to call the office, and the girl was disgustingly rude. Asked to speak with a manager. The girl laughed and said I can leave a message but it won't do me any good because manager won't call me back. Girl was right. Tried contacting a manger 3 times and never received a call back. Tried to call the billing department and got someone who didn't speak or understand English. Check out yelp for more examples of terrible service.
My daughter has sleep apnea and her mask has not been fitting her correctly at night. I have called every day for a week straight just to get put on hold forever or be transferred to a separate department that I don’t need to be. Getting a hold of anyone here is impossible. If it wasn’t such a far drive for me I would just show up to the place.
This place sucks. Imagine being on hold for 25 minutes just to get forwarded to a voicemail box that’s already full. These people don’t give a crap about you only the money.
I wish there was a "zero stars" option. My husband died in June, 2025. I called this company 4 days after his death, on a Monday morning, to have them pick up the rented equipment. They scheduled pickup for the following day between 10am-2pm. I waited and called at 1:30 to confirm. They said I was on the schedule. They did not come. I called the following day... Just very unfriendly. Not concerned with what was bes for me. Wanted me to share my appointment time with others so not getting personal attention. Customer service people who answered phones did not seem happy. I want to feel like they care
