I was actually late to my appointment, and considered canceling all together. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and I had a great experience here. I was overall skeptical and nervous about my sleep apnea machine, but Jessica was very informative, thorough, and friendly; and that helped alleviate my skepticism and stress regarding the machine. If you need a friendly place for your sleep condition needs, this place gets a great review from me.

Don't use this place! Costumer service is very rude and unprofessional. They overlook costumer files and don't send out supplies on time even when you call in and tell them its time for your supplies they will lie and say no its not, then later on we get a call and apology stating that we were overdue for supplies on a machine and that they were sorry. One of the reps there named Claudia is very rude, unprofessional , and snobby. She shouldn't be allowed to speak to costumers on the phone at all! They dont document in their ... read more
