This company is the worst, in customer care, in management in equipment, they are liters and thief’s. My mom had a massive strokes on Christmas Day last year. And 6 more strokes followed her till death. which was a week and half ago. On aug. aug. 31, 2021. On Tuesday the 7th, 1 week of my moms death, I was told that respiratory care was coming for the repertory equipment by the insurance company, and told me all the other stuff hang on to cause it was already being paid for, and to let the time run out, like it says on the p... read more
Very rude staff!!! They take no time explaining the equipment then blame the patient for not knowing how to properly use and maintain it.
They could improve by being professional and caring. They are rude and incompetent. They are unconcerned about the Medicare senior population they serve and sadly, it shows.

Very rude costumer service even rudder supervisor all because they didn't do all the work in the beginning an try to get us to pay instead of doing their job to bill Medicare
Incompetent rude people the first time I was here had to make a second trip to correct what they did and complained Medicare. Turns out they're only after the money and don't care if the equipment is right or wrong.
Charge your insurance for what ever they have. Then want me to drive 100 mi to return. They don't even carry the one ordered so delivered inferior service. Save a headache DONT USE.
