Chelsea at Dr Mathew’s office is amazing. She explained each test, what my body would feel but also supported me stating I’ll do great. She makes you relaxed. She’s is a pleasure. Be proud you have her as an employee
This place is just awful. Doc is ok and does his job. We have observed the most complacent, unprofessional, careless staff members we have ever witnessed in a doctors office. Literally had a HORROR movie on in their waiting room with screaming/slashing bodies to pieces and wonder why my elderly mother’s bp was unusually high. Even after she asked the receptionist to turn it off, was told they don’t have the remote. Kayla, was the best, she helped me during the whole process, and explained everything very well too. I was able to get the test done with no issues. I also loved her nails, I forgot to tell her. The office also was beautiful , the decor was a great distraction and also kept me calm during the process. Amazing experience overall.
Kayla was an absolute sweetheart during our visit helped my nana feel so comfortable the whole time
