I went to Respira for trouble breathing while sleeping, and just to see what they could offer. I have now been in my appliance for over a year, and not only can I tell a huge difference in my breathing, but I can actually sing better! The room my airway has now, has helped tremendously at night so I can get a full nights rest without my body waking up because I am unable to breathe. Highly recommend anyone who has sleep issues to go check them out.
I was referred to Respira from my dentist, and this referral literally changed my life. Dr. Ryan recommended I complete a sleep study. After completing a 2-night sleep study (in the comfort of my own home) I scored a 9/10. I have had trouble with my snoring getting worse over the last few year. I found out at Respira there is a laser snoring procedure that treats the soft pallet in your mouth. The procedure only takes about 10 minutes, is super easy and not painful at all! Actually I didn't really feel anything and had no after affects either.....Except! I have had such a great experience with Dr. Ryan and his staff. The laser procedure that Dr. Ryan performed has worked amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone who snores.
