horrible customer service !! I spoke with a manager last week about getting a replacement mask I was told that he would order it right away. I called this week and no order was ever placed and of course I could not speak with a manager because apparently they all go to lunch at the same time . I was told they would call me right back 2 hours later no call
I honestly don't think they care at all about their customers and their individual situations. Had a $300 co-pay for an CPAP which they are now taking back or have to pay for the machine's entire cost. It tracks the hours you use the machine. You have to use it 70% of the time. 70% of 8hrs and 70% of 5 hrs are two different things. Plus working nights. They don't care that allergies affected the ability to use the machine.
