Hired after a house fire. The first thing that absolutely annoyed me was the owner – without my permission – ripped out the fireplace from 1916. When I asked why I wasn't consulted in the fireplace being ripped out, owner Eric Harvey stated "because I knew you would be mad." Yeah, still am. I had attic mold and it was treated by Respectable Restoration. When I asked for a receipt upon payment on March 16, 2021, I was told it would be mailed. Almost 2 months later and I have not received a receipt. None of my calls or texts are being returned.
Very transparent threw the process.
