Realigned my ribs yesterday that has been putting pressure on my shoulder. Pain has subsided significantly. Will be using her again. This is not your average body work. If you are extremely active like myself, injuries can be detrimental to your well being. I bet she can help figure out your issue. If you can take a little pain and want to be realigned, set an appointment. No pain(or tickly feeling) no gain!

One of the most uncomfortable experiences haha, but you will leave feeling like a different person. Light on your feet, completely aligned, and sweaty, at least I did. Kayla followed up with me multiple times after our session, which was amazing. I appreciated it because I had follow-up questions, and I went through some detox symptoms.
