I've live in Clark Properties @ Woodsmill for four very long years.... They have decent maintenance supervisor. But the rest are dumb assets that get paid to drive around the parking lot! The apartment is very expensive to heat and cool cuz it's never fixed properly... The nasty undereducated assistant manager is a gum popping rude woman who actually speaks to tenants about other tenants and plays on Facebook all day!!! Go ahead! I'm outta here! This place is Gross!
THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN LOUISVILLE – MY CEILING HAS BEEN LEAKING FOR TWO YEARS IN THE LIVING ROOM. RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF THE DAMN TV. TOILETS CONSTANTLY RUNNING. KITCHEN SINK STOPPED UP. EXTREMELY HIGH WATER BILLS. NO AIR UPSTAIRS. AND THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY NEGLECT AND ABANDONMENT. OUT OF HERE!
