I spent 16 months dealing with this company. The first 11 months were great, besides a few hiccups with them not responding to messages. When it came time for me to renew my lease, everything went south, quickly. Without explaining the specific situational details, which would be irrelevant to any other Owner/Tenant- it was a nightmare to deal with Jerry. He is one to "flex" his "power" whenever he chooses. Do not use this company. Jerry is one of the worst people I have ever had to do business with. I don't know how he sleeps at night; the way he treats people is horrible
Watch out! move on! Ok I saw the reviews before I rented here and thought no I'm a good renter I always pay and take care of the house nothing bad will happen. Wrong!!!The house I was renting had door kicked in and jewelry was stolen stuff was ruined and house was a wreck. I called my renter's insurance they gave me what my policy had. However the property damage which was under property insurance was taken out of my rent and I was to owe the 600$ the thief destroyed. I am a previous tenant who rented a house who was managed by Jerry Ryan Resource Property Management and Leasing. This was the worst leasing experience I have encountered. He does not communicate effectively; even when you attempt to communicate with him, he uses threatening tactics and most importantly during the COVID-19 pandemic when it was communicated I was affected financially and would like to make payment arrangement to pay my rent ( I was never late on my rent), he attempted to evict me and children.
