Becky Wilson is an amazing property manager! Her superpower is negotiating, and it has proved super helpful as we have had to engage a lot of vendors for needed repairs and upkeep at our property this year. To pay for these repairs, we also had to levy a large special assessment ($10K per each unit.) Becky explained the situation so clearly, that there was no pushback and everyone paid within the allotted timeframe. I can't say enough positive things about Becky and RPM. They are reasonable and first-rate.
I served on the HOA Board at Edgewater 3 for a number of years, and worked with Becky Wilson for several years when RPM came on as our Condo manager. I stepped down from the board last month, due to personal obligations. Nobody likes to deal with their HOA / Property Management company and today I had too. I reached out and got to deal with 3 different people Jessica Smith, Ashley Deaton, Danielle Bales, all who were OUTSTANDING and extremely helpful. That is not common these days especially from a Property Management company. I can’t thank the 3 of them enough for making the process so simple and quick. There should be more people them out there. I had experienced a yellow jacket's nest to the left of the entrance of my home, at the base of a huge hydrangea that was difficult to reach. After being stung twice, one sting caused a trip to urgent care for a shot, my handyman was stung, as well as a neighbor. I finally contact Marie Pierce with Resource Property Management.
