First off if I could give 0 stars I would, with that being said I highly advise anyone looking to work with Resource One should run the other direction as fast as possible. Not only are they NOT looking out for the best interests of the tenant and home owner but rather there own interests and issues being dealt with on their time. If I could give ZERO starts I would! This "reality group" is a joke! They are soo unprofessional and rude. All they care about is the money. Horrible attitudes and cant seem to keep the same staff members for more that 6 months, if that. The office manager always looks gross and un-kept. Her attitude is the worst. She will tell you one thing and then go back on her word. Get EVERYTHING in writing because she will stab you in the back as soon as the wind blows. The maintenance guy is a joke!
