Workplace environment is not friendly. But pay was fair. Schedule to see patient was easy. Nurses are not treated well as they should be.

Resource nursing doesn't care about the patients they dropped. me as a patient and didn't tell me or my doctor anything and when I called in was told by a man that they didn't care I was no longer a patient of theirs and I informed them that they broke the law and put my life at risk do your self a favor and don't use this company you deserve better

This Company seems to have a problem with paying their workers on time. It makes no sense to me that you work hard and take care of your ppl but they Come in and totally mess up your day!!! They have paid them as late as 7pm!!! So if you have no problem getting paid late or not at all on the day you're supposed to be paid then they're a great place to work!!! Today is ANOTHER LATE DAY 🙄😡😭

Went to get my W2 but they couldn’t find it. Waited 1 hour for them (no apologies) and they couldn’t help me until I called main office in Houston and got the work done (Front desk only print it out) Disrespectful employees no hi no i be right with you they act like they don’t see you don’t come here just horrible service

This company was supposed have OT and PT and ST come and help with therapy yet to have seen them and to make matters worse there DON decided she wanted to come to my house with a attitude and when I talked to her she would still be rude I don’t know if it’s my race but it is really unprofessional and I had to find a new HHA. She did not call me to let me know if my aunt was approved for the therapy. I am contacting Amerigroup to make sure they did not bill for any services. If they did I will be filing Medicare fraud.
