I really hate when a company has deceptive business practices. Someone from this company called me saying they were from Fedex and needed to get my corrected address. Then they asked me if I lived in a secure building. When I answered yes, they asked if I could come outside to get my package. Well, me being (foolishly) trusting went and waited...no package!
