I’ve worked for RCIL since 2012 to the present, I’ve had nothing but great supervisors and support from them I took a year off for my own surgery and they were very helpful and Patient while I recovered, I went back to work and picked right back up, the consumers I have had are all great and long term, it takes time to establish a good repor with the clients and hours are based on their needs,the company doesn’t cut the hours on you personally it’s evaluated and talked over with the consumer and they decide what’s needed . Worse company to work for. I left after 5 months of them taking hours away and not communicating with me about clients.
they have to be the worst agency to work for. I don't recommend them at all.
