WORST PACKAGING AND DANGEROUS! The packaging is a danger hazard to everyone! You have to "cut" in-between the batteries to get one out. EXCEPT it doesn't cut easily. So you are trying to get the scissors between the two layers and force it to separate. Seniors should not have to go through this to get a hearing aid battery! AND THE PRODUCT DOES NOT LAST LONG!!! Useless product for the money and difficult to use!!
If I could give this company a ZERO rating I would do so... Before buying any of these brands (just rebranded names for the same products) ReSound, Jabra, SteelSeries, Beltone, Interton, Danavox, and FalCom, please read all of the reviews. Staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I called and asked to know more about the hearing aid process, I encountered a rude sales representative named Mark Jeffrey. His attitude was unprofessional and outright right patronizing from the moment he spoke. On multiple occasions he tried to end the conversation after I attempted to ask him questions about hearing aids. Mark was upset that I called and hassled him by wanting to know more. I am very dissatisfied the with customer service here. Mark was very rude to me over the phone upon hearing that I wanted a refund. He was being very friendly before I told him about the refund. The sudden switch up is very unprofessional and disappointing as a customer.
