If I could give this company a ZERO rating I would do so... Before buying any of these brands (just rebranded names for the same products) ReSound, Jabra, SteelSeries, Beltone, Interton, Danavox, and FalCom, please read all of the reviews. I purchased the Jabra Enhanced Pro 20s from Costco a year ago. When they work they are great, but being a severe insulin diabetic I wear one while I sleep so that if my blood sugar gets to low the alarm will go off and wake me up. Staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I called and asked to know more about the hearing aid process, I encountered a rude sales representative named Mark Jeffrey. His attitude was unprofessional and outright right patronizing from the moment he spoke. On multiple occasions he tried to end the conversation after I attempted to ask him questions about hearing aids. Mark was upset that I called and hassled him by wanting to know more. I am very dissatisfied the with customer service here. Mark was very rude to me over the phone upon hearing that I wanted a refund. He was being very friendly before I told him about the refund. The sudden switch up is very unprofessional and disappointing as a customer.
