I certainly did use your office with charity Clark ,you are mistaken. It was a horrible experience. I was yelled at & brow beaten by my realtor to accommodate the buyer. “Not an advocate for the buyers rights nor thorough recommended inspections completed.” The referred inspection was not done completely since the HVAC system was not set up correctly nor connected ,yet left opened & blowing AC underground in the crawl space when home was purchased and had to purchase a whole new system!
