No customer service and we have been lied to several times and two times in writing. Stay away from this company. We are renting a beach house on Navarre Beach from ResortQuest by Marriott and Vacasa Rentals. The service people are friendly but have NO intention of fixing issues you’re having with the property. If you talk to ResortQuest by Marriott they blame the owner and/or Vacasa. If you talk to Vacasa they blame Marriott or the owner.
