We have been vacationing in Bethany Beach each year for the last 7-8 years. And we have stayed in Bear Trap Dunes multiple times. This year, our rental home was very disappointing. When we first got to the townhome, there was a a moldy, damp smell in the lower level bedroom. The smell was so bad that my sister and her fiance were not able to sleep in that room. We rented a unit for 4 adults & have been coming to Sea Colony since the 80's. After a wonderful visit in early June with my brother & his wife, today I was charged today $159.00 for a stain in the master bedroom. They used my credit card and had never asked or notified me of any issue. I called to get the charge removed since it was untrue to which I didn't get any satisfaction.
