I've been trying to get this matter solved for over a month now. No resolution, no emails response. They are ripping me off with fees that are incurring but I was never notified of the payments not getting through.
It has been very difficult to have the representatives respond to my phone calls. I have been switched to three different case managers within a month. When I called for the second case manager, she suddenly seemed to be unavailable, therefore a male representative insisted on assisting me. I have called an now can't seem to him return my calls. I own four weeks at Costa Sur Vallarta. This agency is the collection agency for that entity. . My annual dues are 1035.00. Yhey are attemptiing to charge me more than 1700.00 in collections or deny me the use of my unit, which i paid for.
