Horrible greedy company that lies to take all of your back deposit. I would never send my worst enemy to them.
I agree with most everyone who has given RPM the rating of 1 out of 5. We had such a terrible experience with them as renters. This isn't about tooting our own horns, but we were the perfect tenants. Rent always on time, planted a garden, watered the lawn and any other expectation that were upon us as renters per the lease agreement. On the other hand, any expectations that lay at the feel of RPM were not met.
