The front desk person greeted me warmly. They have a fabulous selection of colors. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. I was offered a beverage which they have a great selection of. The nail tech was friendly. I told her I wanted a color like what I already had on and was finding similar. She picked one for me which looks nothing like it. They are lumpy, color doesn’t extend fully to sides, color overhangs onto fingers on a couple, full of scratches, and stuff that got locked in on top under top coat. Very unh... read more

First off, Andy is an awesome nail tech and gives an amazing pedicure. With that being said, today Linda was running the register as the manager was gone. She charged me to remove my existing dip, I have never been charged for that. Isn't that the normal process when getting nails done? I have been going to Resort Nails for a while now and that has never been a charge I have paid. Secondly, she was extremely rude when I inquired about the charge. Not a good business when you leave with cuts and your bleeding. Not to say they wouldn't even finish fixing my daughters nails.
