The quality of this place has gone down tremendously. We went in asking for one thing & then they started doing something completely different & once we mentioned it they switched to what we originally asked for then STILL charged us for their mess up. Will never return. Also the underneath of their toilet seats are disgusting - definitely not cleaned in weeks. 🤢
The techs are hit or miss whether you are getting your hands or feet done. NONE of the staff are nice, especially the front desk lady. I have given this place multiple chances and now I will not be going back. And be careful when you check out, they will try and over charge you and when you point it out they change it and don’t say a word because they know exactly what they are doing. This has happened to me more than once here! There are plenty of other nail places to go. Don’t give this place your money.

Sloppy job on my nails and pedicure. I paid for a manicure and new set of nails look at this crap. Overflowing and no cleanup! I won't waste my time coming here again.
