Horrible experience and won’t be back. I’ve gone to this place since they opened and customer service is nowhere near what it once was. For starters, the guy doing my pedicure (Kevin) got very upset and short with me because there was a language barrier and he couldn’t understand what I was telling him. Like it’s my fault he can’t understand me. So then Cody comes over to my chair to do my nails. Cherie did so AMAZING on my nails and my whole pedicure! My favorite part was when she was massaging my calf and feet. Thank you Cherie!
I am not satisfied. I’ve been here numerous of times and I’ve gotten my nails/eyebrows done. I’ve had Cody and Stacey do my nails some of the times I’ve came and another lady and they always do great and they are very friendly… BUT. This time I got my nails done by a lady named Nancy. She was not to nice and very rough with my fingers. And I told her twice that I had a problem with my nails and that the pinky finger was lifting and she straight up just said “no”… honestly made me never wanna go here again..

I just got a pedicure and dip mani with Jenny! Upgrading the Mani to the green tea version was a win! The shoulder massage was great! I'm ready for vacation now. Thanks Jenny!
