I’ve gotten pedicures here and they are amazing but this is my first time doing a builder gel manicure and sadly this nail tech today did not hit. He didn’t even cut my cuticles? Which I thought was standard. The nail color is so light does not look like the “cat eyes” kinda disappointed for almost $100 nails.
Thai was unprofessional. She neglected completing my nails due to another customer coming inside to get her nails done. She stated she didn’t want the other customer to wait until the next day, because the customer only wanted Thai to do her nails. Thai told me that she would do my design on my nails another time. It was completely unprofessional and I do not appreciate how I was treated. I will never return. To make the matters worse, I had a scheduled appointment.
I love this place SO MUCH. Friendly staff, great layout, great prices, and a fantastic variety of complimentary drinks! Cannot recommend enough 🙌🏻✨
Beautiful salon; everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming. I came in not entirely sure what I wanted, but Jenny was so friendly and helpful. She gave me a beautiful fall cateye manicure with the subtle nail art I requested. My nails are well-shaped and even, and the polish is smooth and perfect. She was very gentle and thorough, and the whole experience was enjoyable. Highly recommend!
This is my favorite nail salon! I can always walk right in and they take great care of me. Reasonably priced and they always do a great job! Perfect for HOCO too!
