I visited this property management office on Foxhall Way due to a water emergency at my property. Unfortunately, the only assistance I received was the manager's office phone number. Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, there was no response. I asked the receptionist if there was anyone else who could assist with our emergency, but was told that no one else was available. This experience was extremely disappointing. Slow to respond, unreliable and when questioned/challenged they go silent .Just moved to a new management company and now dealing with lost records. should have left sooner. Dont waste your time and HOA fees with Resorts
