What a joke. Their pocketing Millions off the backs of the elderly. .
Unfortunately, our experience with our Liaison at Resort Management has been absolutely horrible. He is non-responsive, does not listen, and there is nothing positive to say about him at this point. Resort Management has been a wonderful partner to The Essex. We're recently replaces all roofs for the 50-unt buildings, had the building exterior and sheds painted, and recovered very quickly from Hurricane Ian with their help.
