I was hired to install new Door hardware on all the entry doors at L'Ermitage Condominiums in Grey Oaks, who is managed by the CROOKS at Resorts Goup inc. AKA Resorts Management... I turned in my invoice in March and I'm still waiting for payment. Ashley Staface will not return my calls.
We are trying to purchase a condo, this Management wants to charge us $150-$200 to find out if it will accept our FHA loan, so basically they just gotta look up the information ... So we basically throwing away money just to find out we cannot buy the condo... It shouldn't be to difficult to look up information which is their job.......By the time we find out and fill out the questionnaire our condo will have already been sold to someone else..
terrible management for people that have to rent their own units. They give you 18 pages of information to rent to short term tenants and want 30 days to review. Lost many good tenants because of this. Tenants do not want the hassles this company gives people. if I could rate it a zero thats what I would rate it. 1 star is actually too good for this company
