Started using this Resort Closing Services, LLC 10923 State Hwy 176, Walnut Shade, Mo. 65771 in June 2021. We have done all the paperwork they requested, mailed from our end and paid them $2,412.70 on 6/17/2021 for fees. My contact person has been Mikayla. Communication up to 6 months ago have been ok, but as of 6 months ago, I cannot reach anyone to talk to, leave messages, no one call me back or emails me. We would like to have closure and after payment they have just dropped off the face of the earth.
On Sept 22, 2022 I tried to call them. The phone number doesn't work. Their website also appears to be gone.
Started using this service in November 2021. We have done everything that they have requested. After paying almost 10g we cannot get InTouch with anybody. I have sent 3 emails and have not gotten ANY RESPONSE! Have called several phone numbers left messages and was able to talk to 2 people which said they will pass the word on to Mikayla which is the one that we have been in contact with. Still waiting for anyone to reply to our questions,
This was a great experience and we really appreciate the friendly staff and the effectiveness of this process. We believed that their fees were very reasonable and the results were excellent. Thank you all for your assistance in this matter.
I have enjoyed working with Resort Closing Services. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I look forward to never having to pay another maintenance fee. I highly recommend this company.
