I absolutely love living at Resort at the Lakes. I have been living here for over a month. I wanted to take time to rave and give a huge shout out to Ms. Misha from the leasing office. I originally moved to Nevada from the DMV (D.C., MD, VA), and I have to say this has been the most seamless move-in process I’ve had. Move here! The office staff, Tiffany and Misha are both professional and always anxious to assist me, no matter how small the request. Maintenance professionals are always, "at the ready!" Today Shaun handled a minor maintenance issue post haste! Thank you all!
We have lived at several properties in the Las Vegas area and we have never encountered a more helpful, patient and knowledgeable leasing agent as Misha. She made the stressful process so much better! I also would like to give a shout out Sean the amazing maintenance man. Very thorough and fast!

Why is the pool such a mess we try to go to the jacuzzi. And its cold or its really really hot and the normal pool somtimes is super cold or warm the people who work on the pool should get it together.
