I have been so pleased and blessed to find such a great place to live. The staff is amazing and they are all very kind and helpful. If I need anything for myself or my disabled daughter they always come through. Thanks so much for making this place a true home.
Great place to live staff is easy to chat with … my personal space is a bit dated but I know they are renovating apartments left and right. Maintenance is awesome they will help how ever they can
Apparently the management doesn't want to give us back our deposit after 3 visits of which; FIRST our file was missing...and they said we owed the apartment. On the SECOND visit my husband brought evidence of being cleared and last payment. THEN they said; they had cleaned up the apartment professionally at the cost of $100 how about the balance of $150, we were told to come back for the third time! I'll keep this brief. I moved out in March 2024, and to this day, I still haven't received my deposit. The property is managed by a company called New Earth or New Life Residential, and I’ve been getting the same runaround that others, like Chisolm, have described.
