Do not go here , Rebecca Ferra is a very odd person and psychiatrist . There are much better choices in this state of NH, believe me stay clear of this awful establishment that is Resonance mental health. Be prepared to be charged ( over charged to boot ) randomly of $300 dollars sometimes because the “ billing “ department doesn’t have a clue what in the world they are doing . I am so glad that dawn and Jen both. Help me fill out that portal. As you guys know I am not good with computers. I was scared. I wasn't gonna be able to see dawn. And I'm so glad that I still am because she is a great psychiatrist. She has helped me out a lot. I trust her fully and we have a great understanding
Do not recommend this place. They make it very hard to contact them and you sit in the waiting room and they don’t even know you’re there. I tried calling like their policy says and no one answers. I told the office I was running late but on my way for a 2 hour appointment, their providers just leave after 25 minutes and charge you $140 and say you missed your appointment. Then they kick me off their portal for co fronting then about it. Poor service and no understanding of compassion!
In my first visit we made a lot of progress, and I felt very comfortable.
