My provider, Rebecca is great. I really enjoyed my experience with her. But the billing and office communication are not. I was charged without prior statements showing what I would be charged. I absolutely understand my high deductible, but I have never had a practice charge $200 without first providing even an online statement. In fact, there are no statements at all unless you request it. Their policy states you MUST have a card on file.
