I'm extremely disappointed with this agency's OT services. Despite having an approval on file since August 2024, my nephew has still not received any therapy. The assigned therapists have been unreliable, with one failing to reach out and the other missing two scheduled home visits. The agency's lack of communication and follow-up has been frustrating. It’s awful how people get online and try to ruin someone’s business because things didn’t go the exact way they wanted it to go. How can you get mad at an agency because YOUR insurance company took their time to approve your care? How is that their fault? Gosh! This business is very professional and knowledgeable. The owner is so kind and patient. Do not pay any attention to these awful reviews because they do not represent this company. Just try them out for yourself.
These guys here were amazing ! They were so hard working, they were very timely with everything they did so I’m honestly confused as to what the other people who left reviews are saying but everyone there was amazing especially a women named Medi. She was absolutely amazing and you can feel her good vibes. So I highly recommend this place to anyone
