Lo recomiendo al 100. Excelente servicio mi hijo no hablaba nada. Y ahora con la ayuda de sus terapias habla muchísimo. Estaba muy preocupada porque no hablaba y ahora después de sus terapias el niño se expresa con diálogos muy grandes. Estamos muy felices. Muchísimas gracias por su ayuda.
I'm extremely disappointed with this agency's OT services. Despite having an approval on file since August 2024, my nephew has still not received any therapy. The assigned therapists have been unreliable, with one failing to reach out and the other missing two scheduled home visits. The agency's lack of communication and follow-up has been frustrating.
