I would not recommend working with Scott Lumley. He lied to me and misrepresented his net worth saying that he owned 5,000 properties to sell me his Resolve Suite software. The software is buggy at best, do yourself a favor and save yourself 2k, 10k or whatever Scott is in the mood to charge for the month and look at videos on YT for a few hours. Buy some data for $50 and have it skip traced and you will save yourself the 10k like I did.

New user to Resolve Suite here, I am absolutely blown away with the software. I fully intend on closing 50+ deals this year alone and adding 100's of thousands if not millions to real estate portfolio in 2020. I have been a member of Resolve Suite for two years now and it is definitely the best Real Estate software, nothing else even comes close. The amount of properties that you have the opportunity to purchase every month just from using the software is ridiculous, on top of all the properties that you have access to you can purchase them for incredibly cheap while at the same time really helping people that are in a time of need! The Resolve Suite software is by far one of the fastest ways of acquiring equity and assets in real estate I have seen. Essentially, you get a listing of properties that are potential deals and they are displayed in front of your computer screen. There's a magnitude of different deals that can grow your net worth as well as benefit others who are involved.
