From reading these reviews it seems like this company gives good service only if you aren't using them through a home warranty. I have a home warranty and had them come in. They didn't fix anything, told me I wasn't covered and then after trying to hire them to still fix the problem, they never returned calls. It's been 3 weeks. I'm done trying. I wish I could review their work but they suck at even getting back to us for the work. I would not recommend them.
Resolve plumbing went well above and beyond when I had a problem with my septic tank and they really worked hard to accommodate with my families hectic schedule .They also did a great job replacing my toilet valve ! Thank you guys for the help ! I really appreciate it !
Very impressed with the customer service. We just moved into the area and didn’t know where the water shutoff valve was. Josh promptly fixed the leak under the sink and went above and beyond by showing us step by step how to shut off our water in case of emergency.
