Impossible to get someone to answer the phone for both me, the patient, and the pharmacy. Have requested multiple times that they renew the prescription and still hasn’t been taken care of. Pharmacy tells me this is a clinic they can never get ahold of for other patients. Finally get ahold of a receptionist who is incredibly rude, defensive & unhelpful. I understand you are switching your computer systems. The clinics patients still need to be able to contact you and you need to be able to speak cordially with them.
Dr. Taylor is my mom’s internal medicine specialist, and he is truly an exceptional physician and human being. He sets the standard for what high-quality care should look like and represents the perfect balance of professionalism, empathy, and bedside manner. He is incredibly thoughtful and takes the time to thoroughly educate both my mom and me about her condition.
