With obnoxious frequency, my wife has to scramble to get ahold of ANYONE at this office so they will confirm her prescription for a necessary medication. No one answers the phone, and she's told to text the office. The response time on the texts is abysmal and the responses generally not very clear or helpful. The actual Healthcare component of the organization has been adequate, but that's become less and less true as the office has gotten harder and harder to actually reach and work with.

Resolution Therapy’s, Rachel Johnson is an outstanding therapist. She is a patient, kind, and honest CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) therapist. You can count on her telling you what you need to hear not what you want to hear because 90% of the time what we wanna hear is the unhealthy stories we manufacture to justify our actions, reactions, and the decisions we make. We never even got into see a therapist. Ive been talking to these people for a month trying to get my daughter in. First appointment was made with Laura and confirmed. Then the day before the appointment I was called to be told she doesn't see kids. Okay, so now we set an appointment up to see Lisa. I get a call today about how Lisa is brand new and doesn't take insurance. Then she talks about a megan and maybe we can get her in with her, oh but she doesn't accept united health care.
