We have had Resolutions hospice in our home for 4 months. Although I have no complaints about the CNAs, RNs, and other employees there, there has been a surprising number of them as the turnover is very rapid. When one needs hospice for a loved one, it is difficult to find sufficient energy for shopping them. Resolutions was recommended by my doctor, so we went with it. While there are a handful of great people that work in Bastrop, I cannot in good conscience recommend them as a company. I have seen multiple service failures and unethical, most likely fraudulent, behavior firsthand. I also cannot recommend any other local agencies as I've not heard much about them. Please do your own thorough research before selecting someone that will be the responsible party for your loved one's clinical needs.
