I am so disappointed in Katie Washington. I did an assessment and was told I would have been called to take classes if deemed fit, never received any call.Very unprofessional and she hung up on me during our call.
So disappointed in this so called therapy. We had phone call appointments set up with Katie Washington who is the one in charge. She would never call us. We would call her, she never picked up. This was after we had our orientation paid for. We then tried again when she said and called and called and she ignored us. Finally, it came down to do our class, and she wouldn't even let us know the info on how to join the class. For people trying to better themselves and get treated this way is so wrong.
